Scuffed Cement shows a cement surface chipped and worn, its plaster weathered and scuffed into a grimy, used finish. It ships with colour, normal, roughness, ambient occlusion and displacement, so the chips and pits drop into shadow while the intact patches stay smoother. Channels export at up to 2K in JPG, tiled cleanly with a documented normal direction. The material loads into Blender, Unreal, Unity, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max and Maya. Use it on paving, walls and floors that need believable age and wear.
