Modular Pipes is a kit of pipe segments and fittings built to connect, so you can route plumbing or industrial infrastructure from repeatable parts rather than one fixed model. The geometry is clean and real-time ready, the joints and runs aligned to combine cleanly, and the PBR texturing distinguishes the metal and plastic sections with their grime, corrosion and paint. Provided as glTF, it fits games, AR, real-time environments, prototypes and archviz plant rooms. Import it into Blender, Unreal, Unity, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max or Maya and assemble runs across walls, ceilings and machinery.
