The geometry is clean and real-time ready, the runs, joints and brackets aligned to combine cleanly, and the PBR texturing carries the coated metal, streaking and rust so it reads as genuinely weathered. Supplied as glTF, it fits games, AR, real-time environments, prototypes and archviz. Import it into Blender, Unreal, Unity, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max or Maya and route it around eaves and walls as functional detail.
