Modular Urban Apartments Facade is a set of contemporary building facade pieces designed to combine into larger apartment blocks. The geometry is clean and real-time ready, textured with PBR maps so glazing, cladding and trim read consistently across a whole elevation. As a modular glTF kit it suits games, real-time city scenes, AR and prototypes, letting you build varied urban frontages from shared parts. It loads into Blender, Unreal, Unity, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max and Maya. Use it to line streets, fill a skyline or assemble a modern residential block without modelling each unit from scratch.
