Ladder Sectioned 01 is a foldable metal ladder, its hinged sections modelled for building sites and maintenance scenes. The geometry is clean and real-time ready, textured with PBR maps so brushed and painted metal read correctly along the rungs and joints. Supplied as glTF, it fits games, AR, real-time scenes, prototypes and archviz set dressing without conversion. It opens in Blender, Unreal, Unity, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max and Maya. Lean it against a wall, stand it open on a worksite or store it in a shed as practical detail wherever construction props are needed.
